The 552 Silenced is a suppressed variant of the 552 that only appeared in SOCOM II: US Navy SEALs.
The 552 Silenced has a reduced volume in exchange for reduced accuracy and range. Like the rest of the Terrorist weapon set, the 552 Silenced is unlocked for selection in single-player missions by completing the game at Lieutenant rank.
Beginning with SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, the games featured the ability to customize base weapons with various attachments including scopes, suppressors, and grenade launchers. As a result, purpose-dedicated variants of weapons such as the 552 Silenced were rendered redundant and excluded.
