C4 is an explosive that first appears in SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs and is used throughout the series.

Unlike the other games in the series, only KAHUNA can have C4 equipped; in addition, it can be equipped in any mission. The C4 is locked as part of KAHUNA's equipment in Ghost Town, Golden Triangle Holiday, City of the Forgotten, and Mercenary Staging Area.
